Nope, apologies, not Stalker 2, but....

A mod someone is making in Cryengine. No release date yet, but damn, it looks great!

Can't get enough Cheeki Breeki.

They've basically imported assets from Call of Pripyat into CryEngine, but it's lacking any of the finer qualities, such as interior lighting etc. Skadovsk looks drab and lifeless, and they've gone completely overboard with the sun shafts, depth of field effects etc. It's all style and no substance!

I think I'll wait for Metro: Exodus, thanks.

I always wonder whether projects like this are going to be able to import the A-life system which brings the zone to life in the actual games. The best thing that's happened to STALKER in the last few years is Call of Chernobyl.

Another project that shows promise is the co-op mod, Ray of Hope.
Like COC it brings something unique to the table and,
it's likely to release as it's far along in it's development.

Haven't got around to playing Call of Chernobyl yet, but heard good things about it.
Anything that brings more of The Zone to us is a good thing :D
