will this cable work in order to connect my hd 4890 to a rear projection tv via S-video?

currently using dvi-to-vga from my hd 4890.
What is the best method to connect as the Tv does'nt have HDMI but it has; S-video, Scart and the 3 component connectors (green red yellow)
