s video out 9800 pro

i have a long svideo cable and fancy hooking up my pc situate in another room to my 32 lcd

(i appreciate it will prolly be a crap picture but i intend to build a seperate htpc in the future and will connex with dvi)

i've connected the lead to the lcd svideo and to the rear svideo out of the 9800pro

what do i need to do to achieve a picture?

Enable tv out.

Presuming your using CCC...

Open Catalyst control centre > Displays manager > Detect display!

You should now see a TV icon underneath your main monitor? if so, right click and enable it.

Also make sure your TV has s video turned on(usually accessed through your TV remote AV button).

can view desktop/ surf net/ view clips stc but when it comes to playing movies just getting a blank window on the tv

the tv out resolution is set at1024x768
