hey guys,

my computer is being right funny, when i put my graphs card in the computer blue screens i have foudn out that this is a driver issue, but it happens with both my 8800gtx, both of them and an old 6600 gts i have used driver sweeper then installed new drivers, beta driver and old drivers. the computer runs without drivers, as in when i start it up i egt an image and i go through the net but i can't play ny games ebacsue ti says there is a direct x issue, also when i go into device manger it says then an issue with the card no matter what, could this be a mobo issue ?

May be the best bet would be to install the latest version of DirectX.

Anyway, when did this start going wrong? When you installed a new card?

As the above poster says, try reinstalling DX (version?)

Read this article : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/256182 (ignore the applies to but it shows you how to reinstall DX)

I do recall this happening on a few PCs I've repaired. They both needed a firmware upgrade using nvflash to over come the later problem.

nah it was working then it stopped working one day, and i have tried installing the latest direct x, sorry about the bad grammer
