s21 help with a bad firmware flash

wanted to take the 3 branding from my s21 and have messed up the flash
stupidlly i only selected the AP file when flashing and it now says SBV Fail

im not sure what to do next

Quick Google suggests:-

1. Power off phone
2. Connect Type C headphone
3. Press Volume up and power button together to bring up recovery mode
4. Use volume down button to select "data/factory reset" option to factory reset
5. Then select restart option to restart the phone

Yes tried that. No luck
It just says failed
