S3 or DS3P?

Last decision i have to make for my new comp.

Basically is it worth getting the DS3P over the S3 for £12 more? I will be getting an E4300 and plan on a bit of overclocking.

They're the exact same motherboard, other than the longer-life caps, firewire and extra PCI-E slot on the DS3P.

But DS3P will have a better resale value, and you will probably make your 12 quid back when you go to sell it on.
