S754 3000+ question

Putting together a micro atx system and was lucky enough to get one of the socket 754 90nm 3000+'s which have a venice core and only 51w output, which according to the amd comparison tables is the lowest for any desktop cpu they sell.

Anyway, I am only using Corsair value ram, so was wondering with a memory divider (say 166mhz), and a half decent cooler (Golden Orb II), will I see 2.7ghz from this cpu ? Mobo is gigabyte mATX Nforce4. If I wanted to run the memory without a divider, what DDR500 or faster memory would you recommend.
 


I got 2.7 with my s754 E6 rev, but as my RAM is not that good I have to run the 133 divider. I'll leave memory recommendations to people who know more.

Forgot to say, since I took that screenie I've lowered the Vcore back down to 1.59-1.6, and it's perfectly stable. It will probably run with lower voltage, but as the temps aren't even remotely high I think I'll leave it where it is.
 
Water-cooled here - RBX block, 7/16 tubing, Thermochill 120.1 rad and an Eheim 1048 pump. I'd have thought with decent air-cooling you wouldn't have many problems.
