s775 Micro ATX with 2 x IDE slots and 4 x DDR2 DIMMs??

Does anyone know of a socket 775 mATX board with 4 DIMMs and 2 IDE sockets. I found a few with either one or the other but not both. Any ideas please?

You will most likely have to get a PCI extention port for the extra IDE, iam not sure of any newish mobo these days that have 2 IDE ports..
