Sabertooth p67 how to fix the freq to 4ghz ?

how do you force the cpu to sit at 4ghz without switching freq, i seem to get wierd issues when at idle and load and just want to prove it goes away if i force the cpu to be constantly 4ghz or whatever ?

Have you got speedstep enabled? If so turn it off. Might be calle C1EST or something in BIOS cant quite remember

There is a W7 hotfix (also included in SP1) for idle issues.
