Sabertooth p67 more and more issues boot device led

Quick update sorted the ram light by putting in a rev2 i3.....now the ram led is not on (yay progress)
However im getting a constantly lit bootdevice light on. Wether i have my ssd plugged in or no harddrive. it doesnt allow me to get into bios at all and the screen is black. ive checked all the usual suspects but it doesnt seem to want to play at all.
Any idea?

Did all that, but do the worry..... It's alive.... ALIVE...... Now just to change the country to the newer i5 and should be well away... Bios updated already
