sabertooth p67 no post after bios update.

Hi, I completed a BIOS update for the board titled using the directions via the Asus website and now after a successful update and restart the board will not post..
I have done the obvious HDD, cd, ram and GPU tests and still no post... The fans and lights all come on but no display, the fans do not spaz out and spin really fast like a bad post but instead just spin as if the board is booting normally... My HDDs spin up as normal as well.. This happened before so I was forced to send back to Asus and that cost 30 for shipping and fees, that time the board arrived no posting and it has happened again after a BIOS update that was recommended to me because an ssd I was using did not like the board.
Can I completely reset the BIOS or something? I really don't want to spend another 30 on this old board which I have already sent away for repair once.

if using ssd to boot make sure you set bios to achi for ssd as it reverts back to ide after bios flashing

My old P67 Sabertooth did something similar when I flashed the bios, turned out I had to remove my usb kb+mouse on the boot after for it to fire up right then it was ok.
