SABnzbd - Running as a service

I'm having trouble getting my SABnzbd running as a service on my NAS box (Synology Diskstation)

I have installed the package, started the service and went through the Set-up wizard, however as soon as I go to the local host (http://192.168.1.66:9200/sabnzbd/ ) ... it then just returns me to the Quick Start Wizard again.

Am I missing something?

sounds like you may need to move the config file somewhere.

I know that on a windows box, you must move the config.ini file that's usually in docs & settings/username/local settings/application data (users/username/appData on vista/win7 i think it was) to the same place but in the default users profile to run SAB as a service. without that it either just doesn't run or run's but with default (start of the setup wizard) settings.

There is no default settings I'm afraid

I have no clue where the config file would be though as it's a Synology Diskstation (not a windows box ) - ill try find it

Bootstrap it and SSH in.

updatedb & locate etc.

I think you are over estimating my expertise there a bit

I have no idea what you want me to do (apart from connecting to it securely)/

Would you please expand on your suggestion?

try running the wizard in a different browser - i've heard of problems with some synolgy stuff when using opera or chrome, try using internet explorer to login and run the wizard
