safari help

hey guys, recently decided to give safari ago (after using firefox for the last 3 or so years) quite like ti so far, but missing my add ons, especially 'adblock plus' basically, i'd like to know if safari has something similar?

any help would be greatly appreciated

(although maybe not for much longer, the new macbook is oh so tempting XD)
