Safari Hijacked! wont reset!

So offered to look at a friends MPB WHYYY! :mad:

He installed Mackeeer & other crap & safari is riddled with pop-ups.

Ive uninstalled mackeeper etc.

But safari wont reset! Just to goes top pages....

Tried deleting contents off library folders, safari cookies etc changed to new saved state. Shift start safari nothing, cant get rid hijacked home page & popups.

Any other ideas.

Delete it with Appcleaner and then reinstall from App store (or something).

advast should remove the hi jack, it has removed all hi jacked macs so far that I've used it on at work.
