Safari on Windows XP

Right so i've installed Safari on my laptop (WXP) and want to change my 'Top Sites' display. It currently shows the default screen captures of my top sites but i want them displayed in the middle, as centered icons - same as my mate has on his Mac. Can i do this when using Safari on Windows?
