I've recently switched to Chrome as I got fed up of Safari hanging when searching in the address bar.

However I've found Chrome to be bit resource hungry on my mac so I'm unsure which one to stick with

What are peoples thoughts on here ?

For me I much prefer Chrome. I always have it open with around 20-25 tabs sitting on pages I use regularly. I've added a poll for you.

Normally use chrome, mainly because i have a lot synced with my google account and use a lot of the extensions.

Flick between both. Primarily use safari but switch to Chrome if a page doesn't display correctly.

Why did they called it Javascript then? :p Was it because Java was supposedly the best thing since sliced bread at the time?

According to Google...

Key differences between Java and JavaScript: Java is an OOP programming language while Java Script is an OOP scripting language. Java creates applications that run in a virtual machine or browser while JavaScript code is run on a browser only. Java code needs to be compiled while JavaScript code are all in text

There you go

Safari getting used more as it is now better for copy/paste and editing. It also now feels much smother than Chrome.
