hi there, trying to download the latest version of virtualbox - however, every time i try to download it upon completion it tells me verification failed when it tries to automount it. if i manually try to mount it it tells me the contents are corrupt. i have tried downloading several versions, all the same. tried googling, no joy. any ideas? thanks.

either by wifi, or powerline. neither work. however, just tried downloading firefox and the .dmg for that comes down and automounts perfectly. must be something to do with virtualbox then? i've tried about 3-4 previous versions and they all do the same thing...
edit1: now that i think about it, the last time i installed virtualbox when i first got my mac it wouldn't download properly... i've re-installed since then though, so i have seen this before - i just can't remember wtf i did to resolve it last time... any clues gratefully received!
edit2: and now it's just resolved itself...

Nice feeling when that happens, although an idea as to why would be great for next time, (referring to the Mac/PC, not the OP).
