safe 24/7 volts for A6-3670K

"Safe" doesn't really work like that. Safe 24/7 for a year is different to safe 24/7 for a decade. A given voltage may be fine with one 3670k and kill another. Pushing core voltage high is different to pushing several voltages high.

Overclocking is a bit of a black art as a result. The most coherent descriptions I've seen advocate overclocking to diminishing returns, stopping before you need ever larger voltage increases for a small frequency increase.

Most people take the vid as safe. That doesn't make a great deal of sense, but short of a crash course in electronic engineering (which I am unqualified to provide) there's not much to be done.

Run it at whatever speed looks acceptable to you, under whatever voltage seems safe. If the chip dies, buy a new one and treat it more gently. Good luck
