Yes, but if you are using the stock cooler that came with your chip (if you bought a 'retail' version), it is no good for overclocking.
Fit a decent aftermarket cooler, and you're good to go!

If you do have a good cooler, simply pop into the BIOS, and set the multiplier/turbo ratio to 42, save and exit. This should give you a 4.2GHz OC- most 4770Ks are good for this speed.

Leave all the other settings at Auto for now, let us know how you get on and we can then help refine the smaller details...
