Safe Memory voltage?

I have just upgraded to a new Core i7 System, and need advice with overclocking. Previously overclocked my P5Q Deluxe with no problems.

At the moment the CPU is running at its default spec, and the mem also but I have the DRam bus voltage at 1.64v.

I am a little concerned about the 1.65v warning effecting i7's, what voltages should be used for the memory to run at 1600 without overly stressing the system.

I would also like to bring the CPU up to 3.8GHZ, I presume it should run happily at that.

Asus P6X58D-E
Core i7-950
Corsair XMS DDR3 1600(TR3X6G1600C8)
Megahalems Rev.B Cooler
Gainward 1GB 460GLH
Silverstone FT02R-W

Thanks

Running at 1.64v will be fine, I have mine set at the same voltage for the past 16 months without problems. Running my 920 @ 4ghz with memory at 1600 MHz.
