I've noticed recently quite a huge change in temps on my Acer laptop course this heat doesn't help, It seems to be hovering around 40 idle but gaming for all of half an hour and it hits 80c+ so hot you couldn't touch the back for long at all.
I'm just wondering if theres any methods i can use to help keep the cpu cool i've raised it to keep an air flow going but that hasn't done a great deal, for instance is there any thermalpaste that would help reduce temps? ofcourse i can't use a heatsink for the laptop but eventually keep running it like this will give it a short life expectancy. I have seen one of those laptop coolers before and they looked abit
Any suggestions towards reducing the temperature would be appreciated.
