When overclocking, my PWM temp in uguru goes up to about 87C when running prime 95! That seems way too hot. What do you guys think is a safe temp?

Thanks for the replies. I've managed to get it >80, which is below the 'warning' temp. in uguru. But I am thinking of getting a fan, since it's the PWM temps. that's limiting my overclock. How about the 'Scythe Mini-Kaze 40mm Quiet Fan' (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-006-SY&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=818)? How would I attach it?
