Safe QPI/VTT Voltage

Hi , can anyone tell me what is a safe level for the QPI/Vtt voltage and also CPU PLL aswell on i7, thanks in advance

Intel recommends CPU PLL =0.88 and VTT at 1.335 as max. I wouldn't push the CPU PLL past .88 but I do up the VTT past the intel "safe" limit.
