safe stable overclock with water on a Q6600?

hi i will be installing my first water cooling kit next week some time, and was wondering what a safe stable overclock is with a Q6600 B3

Depends on your chip / setup really, B3's can normally do 3.2ghz ~ 3.6ghz G0's go higher

im using a foxconn 9657AA mobo nothing special i dont think when it comes to overclocking?
