safe temp for i5-2500k?

Ok, just updated bios and it removed all my settings so re-doing my overclock... hopefully going to 4.7 or more.

I was just wandering what the maximum temperature would be that wouldn't hurt the life of the chip too much (aiming for 2-3 years)

Intel recommend 72.6c as the max Tcase temp which I am led to believe is the sensor around the integrated heat spreader and the not the actual core temps. But I would keep the core temps at this max temp personally as well.

I have my 2500k at 4.8, and I dont like to see it any higher than 80 myself

Got mine at 4.7k with max core temps of 70 currently
