Safe temp for prescott?

Doing a job for someone who has bought their pc from the purple shirts, in the bios the target cpu temp is set to 75 degrees celcius. So most of the time the cpu is actually 75 degrees which I imagine has been done to keep the pos hsf quiet, because If I set the temp lower it sounds like a jet engine. Personally to me that seems like meltdown temperature even for a prescott cpu!

With stock hsf that was there operating temp
just stick a better cooler on it & it will be fine.

or don't bother? prescotts were fine to well over 75c.

yeah that temp should be fine mate, prescotts were hot chips.!
