Safe temps for 7950 & 750k

Finally got a decent case with airflow and decided to start oc'ing

I just turnt oc genie on which clocked my 750k up 4ghz from 3.4ghz
Just ran 3d mark and hit a peak temperature of 66. Is this okay or could i go further manually?
Havent oc'ed my 7950 yet but whats the highest temp i should really get when i do?
GPU hit 46 peak, it is undervolted too.

Looking around 74c appears to be the max temp for the 750k, the gpu around 85c ~ mark.

So ive still got plenty of room for both, rather play it safe though and leave the cpu at 4. whats the best way to oc the card? would you recommend flashing it to a 7970?
