Safe Temps for a E6300?

Hey all, just a quick question for ya!

I have my C2D E6300 clocked at 3150mhz, and vcore is at 1.4v... was wondering if my temps are normal.. they are as follows: -

CPU: 38c
Core 0:50c
Core 1:48c

This is at idle, on full load (using TAT) it goes up to..

Core 0: 63c
Core 1: 61c

This then usualy goes down once the fan kicks in on my Arctic Freezer 7 Pro.. most of the time goes to about 50~

Are these temps safe for idle? I thought they were a bit toasty...have run orthos, stable for 1hr30min, i game with no probs...but i dont wanna kill my chip!
