Safe Temps for Q6600 Overclocking (Stock fan)

I'm using the stock fan and heatsink for the Q6600 at the moment til I get round to buying something better. I've been running my system on 2.8ghz since I bought it but I felt like trying 3.0 today - I'm getting inbetween 50-60C on the four cores when running 3DMark - is this safe - what is the highest temp I should get to before I get worried?

Personaly I would keep the temps below 70c, try running prime and see what temps you get, not sure how stressfull winmark is.

been running it for a bit now and most cores dont reach 60 - one tends to get a max of 67 now and again.

run a proper stressing programme like prime95, for a few hours, and see what temps that gives
