I know there was an issue with X-Fi's and 4GB, but am unsure if that has been fixed by now (the problem surfaced a while ago).

If that has been fixed, then yes, everything looks fine!

More hassle than its worth just use onboard sound, Other than that your spec looks fine.

i'll check that up bout the 4gb and X-Fi's...

onboard sound wouldnt be enough for what i'll be usin it for or i'd of saved myself the money obv lol!!

Creative just released an vista 64bit support (5th Nov) im sure that'll sort out the 4gb problem too.. hopefully anyway
if not i'll just use 3gb til i/they sort it out

You really want the hassle of a card that hardly works and drivers that are so flaky its a joke ? Do yourself a favor and dont buy a creative card
