Safe underclock settings for hd 6850?

I have a sapphire hd 6850 graphics card . I don't game much any more . I watch movies most of the time. So I want to underclock the card so that I can have less temperature and voltage without any stability issue. Any idea for clock and memory settings? Thanks in advance.

Default gpu clock is 775 mhz and memory clock 1000 mhz . I run windows 8 with latest amd drivers. Gpu cooling fans runs about 20% speed .

Stock clocks will be fine - it also underclocks when not being used much anyway so not sure why you'd want to underclock it!

It's because the card is close to my titanium hd sound card and the sound card gets heat from the graphics card. Anyway , underclocking at 600 mhz doesn't seem doing any good so I guess I'll leave the settings the default way.

Like previously said, your card underclocks automatically when not in use. It will only run at default clocks when it is actually in use, which will be never as you say you don't game.

No need to underclock at all.
