I have a Abit NF7 Motherboard an XP2500+ and 512MB DDR400 memory. I want to run it at XP3200+

Will I need to do anything other than up the fsb to 200?

Also, what's the recommended safe vcore setting for this type of overclock?

Thanks

Pete

Thanks.

I've put a new Cooler Master CP5 Socket A Heatsink & Fan on the cpu but the system is crashing at 2500+ at the moment (it was crashing when I first got it too and was clocked at 3200+.) Need to find the problem before I overclock - any ideas?

All the fans were really caked with dust when I got it, graphics, cpu and northbridge - all cleaned now but the northbridge fan is barely going round, would that make it crash?

CPU is 45 degrees in BIOS I think.

How can I troubleshoot this?
