Got a E2200 @ 3GHz but I’m a little concerned at the high voltage I am running through it, would this be deemed safe for 24/7 usage?

Yes, i'd say 1.55+ is fine on the 65nm cpus as long as temps are under control. Obviously unless you have watercooling temps are going to be out of control though at those voltages.

Temps are fine, thanks for that hopefully will be okay :D

Okay have managed to lower the voltage buy a lot so I am happy now! :D

Anybody have an idea how far the E2200 can go?

stick as many volts through it as you need to. until you're on some hardcore water or better, the volts aren't going to kill it, it's only the temps that will be prohibitive.
