Generally its said that 1.55v is max on air for single core and 1.6v for water but would people say thats the same for the dual core as these run a lot hotter (for 24/7 use). Currently at 1.5v at 3.1ghz so already better than my single core cpu but temperatures are very good - 4 degree difference between idle and load (just going over 30 on load in the evenings in this weather)

Custom water: eheim 1250, alphacool nexxxos bold, maze 4 gpu, thermochill he 120.3, cape reservoir, silenx 14db 72cfm 38mm deep fans, tygon 1/2".

Cpu is fx60 running naked with 2gb corsair 3500ll (1:1) on dfi expert. Under air i was using a ninja that was just touching 50 degrees under load and couldnt get 3ghz. Now looking good to hitting 3.2ghz with this but just wanted to check what safe voltages are under air and water on the x2 cpu's. Increase in volts from 1.3 to 1.5 has made a 2 degree difference under load in total. Also the x14 multi seems a lot more stable than the x15 one for some reason

Thought you were on air, my mistake.

I would be happy to go to 1.6-1.65 under water considering how low the temps are :) 3.3 should be attainable.

Thats what i was thinking as regards volts if on single core but as its dual core i thought it might be too much for 24/7 use
