Safe X850XT temps

Any body know what's a safe load temp for these? Also on that note, anybody know core/mem speeds for the PE edition, can't find em :s

Clocks were 520/560MHz. Temps wise they can take a bit of punishment, anything less than 100C should be safe.

100C im using 1 now as im RMAin my 7900GT i better start clocking lol.... did they clock well?
