I have overclocked my cpu by increasing the vcore upto 1.28 from 1.26(default) and im getting 65 - 74*c on full load running prime i also increased the IOH upto 1.140 from 1.100 (default). im just wondering are there any risks to this even tho the volt increases are so tiny? also i forgot to say i increased my DRAM voltage to 1.6 (my ram is OCZ gold 6gb 1333Mhz) even tho the ram says it supports 1.65volts?

Thanks!

People will kinda need to know what your specs are before they can help much - I am assuming that you have an i7 since you are running that RAM? Also need to know what HSF you have, what case, GPU, PSU etc...

HAF 932
stealthxstream 600watt
i7 920
gigabyte EX58-UD3R
6gb OCZ gold 1333mhz
Titan Fenrir
HD4890

also i have noticed that when i turn the pc on it will sometimes restart imediatly then boot up correctly and it takes longer then usual to post the fans just spin on high then it posts after about 20 seconds, is this because i ahve too low voltages for a high OC?
