It's been IE for the past 2 versions, Ms really pulled their finger out with that, but left in the small niggles like some system settings still having to be changed through the IE settings panel. Shame, does so well with html5 too. The fact that Chrome make's it's self a challenge for cracking is it's weakness, despite the auto flash updating (which fixes so many problems) however the last release of flash added auto updating to the program itself so that not really a big deal anymore.
The real problem with this thread i the ops poor English. If he'd asked for the most secure browser there would have been an informative discussion. Instead it seems somewhat disjointed, a mix of people wondering what exactly he meant and those pointing out the driver is always the weakest link.
No browser is full proof. If you go looking for sites that exploit the latest weaknesses - you will suffer.
