Saiktek 3200- mouse gone mad!

Hi

a quick question, last night my mouse wa fine, this morning i turned it on and it goes phsyco and dances aroudn the edge of the screen.

i have tried a microsoft 6000 laser mouse and that works fine.

i have cleaned the lazer on the 3200 and i have also updated the drivers! help!

i love that mouse haha

It does'nt sound good, I don't think there is anything you can do appart from call Saitek

Exactly the same thing happened with my 3200 - it would go mental for the first couple of minutes after starting the computer, then settle down and go back to normal. Fixed it by switching the mouse mat, works fine now.
