Saints row 3 installation problem

Hi ive installed SR3 to my HDD but when it extracts it does it to the SSD which doesnt have enough storage, does anyone know how to change where it extracts to ?

It will extract where you have steam installed?

It's not downloaded with steam as it's not on steam. Well for me anyway. I downloaded it from thq as I gett all the dlc for free.
