I know you've already done it but perhaps others will make use of this tip - try to shoot the explosive barrels next to the blokes with rocket launchers. You're more likely to hit them.

Enjoy the mayoral coach mission! That can be quite a job because of the time limit.
 
Yea that helped a lot, and is that the mission where you have to steal the coach that important blokes on?

Rubbish ending really, makes me want to get the new one, but you can't save after the last mission so you cant truely 100% complete it, atleast in my eyes lol.
 
The game warns you about that before you get on the boat. You need to go and do all the respect missions, spray tags, etc. and then begin the final mission.
