This is only a couple of days old from OCUK, however certain keys have to be pressed "firmly" and "dead centre" or they don't type anything :( This wouldn't be too annoying if it wasn't for the fact that they are "t" "l" ";" "l", makes typing a real pain

I think I remember reading ages ago that this was quite a common problem

Anyone got any advice on how to fix it, or do you think I should try an RMA?

It's a shame really as my other one is excellent :)

Awww, but it's got lights :(

My other one is fine, so I though they were cheap and good :o

Each to their own I guess. Most people probably wouldn't like the keyboard I use (dell multimedia keyboard), but it matches my Dell 2007WFP monitors, is quite minimalistic and has very handy audio keys with a volume knob :)

Pic just doesn't do it justice ;)

Mate that looks nice :)

I wanted the Eclipse based on it got a backlight (a must), and my other one is brilliant. Might reconsider and go for a different one though :(

Why must it have a backlight? Do you like to play in the dark? Apparently thats bad for your eyes! ;)

Yeah, I turn my room lights off, so it helps so see what I'm typing at night.... a bit weird :p

That's a large mouse mat  :D

Tell me about it, I have two. Initially one was to cover up the worn areas on my old desk (looked really bad), but when I got a new desk I found that I liked the feel of the mat better so I bought another one (only about £11).

I also find a normal size mat either interferes with the keyboard location, or requires me to move the mat if I want to rest my entire arm on the desk. This way I can just slide the mouse forward untill my arm is on the desk ;)

Sorry its one large one. The other one is still on my old desk with my old PC. As seen in this old picture of my setup (with a very ugly akasa mirage YUK!);

That's cool :)

Love the computer room, have you posted it in a thread, as it looks familar?

Its been posted in the case central forum a few times earlier this year with that pic, and a few months ago with an updated pic. One of the stickies.

I moved the other desk to the wall behind my desk as I didn't think they looked very good together, especially with the printer on the desk!

i had the same problem with the keyboard.

its currently sitting in its box doing nothing. might aswell have put the money i paid for it in the bin. what sort of gaming keyboard has keys as bad as that?

yea im angry:p

id buy a better keyboard and stay well away if i was you.

Exactly I would expect it to take a hammering when gaming then still work. It doesn't even work before gaming

How long did it take yours to break, or was it like that on arrival?
