Saitek Eclipse Keyboard Problem

Hello,

I've had my Saitek Eclipse keyboard for a few months now and the backlight around the Q,W,E,A,S,D,Z,X,C keys is sometimes flashing on/off. The rest of the keyboard is OK.

The keyboard is plugged into PC using the USB connection and not an adpator to the keyboard plug on the motherboard.

Has anyone else had the same problem??

If so what are Saitek like sorting out faulty equipment??

Ive got the exact same and had it for over a year and a half so i cant really help you as ive never had any trouble with it, just give them a ring i suppose.

Had a problem with mine the other day also. The . key would press itself down constantly making it impossible to do pretty much anything. I'm no longer using it

Only problem I had with mine was spilling wine over the keyboard and then the ctrl and shift keys on the left getting stuck whenever I pressed them...

However I took it apart and washed the keyboard bits that can be washed. put it back together and it was fine. I think I remember that those are not individual lights under each key but supplied from the leds on the electronics board.

Maybe just one of those is going, or has a short.
