We are seeking a Workforce Information and Systems Development Officer to join the HR team.
This role is responsible for the provision of a proactive and effective workforce information reporting and analysis service to the business.
The business has recently gone live with a new leading HR/Payroll system, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of this to ensure lean and efficient systems and processes.
Ideal candidates will be educated to Level 4 (or above), ideally in a subject including statistical analysis or software development and have experience in the delivery of business intelligence, preferably from human resource systems using reporting tools such as Business Objects or similar, reporting and dashboarding tools. Experience of developing reporting solutions with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI is desirable.
