So, Microsoft have just started their "Ultimate Game Sale"

I can totally feel Microsofts support for us PC Gamers, it's somewhere in the bin.

Rise Of The Tomb Raider is more expensive on the Windows 10 Store during this sale than it was on Steam during their Summer Sale (And it was a poor sale). Which is pretty abysmal given the ties this game has had with Microsoft. Xbox One timed exclusive, it was a Windows 10 timed exclusive too!

I wish they'd just surrender to Origin/Steam :(

I wouldn't buy a game from there if my 4 children's lives depended on it!

Shocking prices, shocking business model and shocking practices. Disgusting place.

Hilarious. Quantum Break only costs 1350CZK aka 42 pounds! WHAT A BARGAIN!

And of course WinStore itself is still an unusable piece of very liquid diarrhea...oh Microsoft.

You saying you wouldn't pay £30 to save your children's lives?
Drumroll....."and the father of the year award go's to"

Don't be a fool. I'm just trying to show my disdain for the service and the laughable amount of respect that MS have for us PC gamers

I sorta see what you mean. Microsoft aren't to be trusted after what happened with GFWL etc..

Only just now have I realised that MS block you using store credit to buy xbox 360 titles on xbox.com or even an xbox one console. To buy using your own money via credit (no matter how you got the credit) means you have to use a physical xbox 360 console, erm so much for BC 360 titles on X1 via purchasing with credit on an X1 or webstore.

This is just examples of how badly MS treat customers at times. And so yes, they are simply not to be trusted.

Sadly, FM7 and FM Horizon will be Windows 10 Store only so this is going ot be fun. Its EA origin, but actually I think I'd trust EA more then MS and that is saying something..

Yeah, windows 10 is extortionate. Cant believe they gave it away for nothing :p

Only until end of July 2016, and Windows 10 games (AAA) are expensive, just like Origin etc, problem is finding them cheaper elsewhere, not easy to get Windows 10 games from the likes of CDKeys, whereas CDKeys have hundreds of Steam games for a heck of lot less then what steam sells them for.

And MS only gave Windows 10 away for free to get Windows 10 adoption rate up, and it worked. 300 million Windows 10 store machines, not a bad move MS. They'll make back what they lost in Windows 10 licenses to Windows 10 store sales, and from end of this month anyone that hasn't updated to Windows 10 and wants to play FM7 will have to buy Windows 10.

MS did not give Windows 10 out for free in kind, they did it for a good reason.

But as an end user who bought Windows 8.1 about 3 years ago or however long ago it came out, I upgraded to Windows 10 for free :p

Almost seem's like you would be happier paying lol

Of course they had a reason to hand it out for free. They are a business but that dosnt take away from the fact...they gave it away for free. Some people are never happy it seems. Would you rather pay for it?

Yes some things will require you to have W10 to run them but again, they give it away for free so whats the problem? As for AAA MS games, yes they are expensive but no one has to buy them and they are the a very small portion of the PC games released. Most of them are Xbox games ported over anyway so we are no worse off there. Before, we never got them on PC...now we get them but they are expensive
