Admit, I enjoyed the first episode too. It was different and quite dark. Look forward to see how this pans out.

Watched this the other week and found it pretty cool, I originally thought it would be non-magical and then was pleasantly surprised to see that it was really a fantasy show with proper witches and with hunters. It was a masterful performance from Stephen Lang as Increase Mather, and worth watching for that alone imo.
