Did do a quick search didnt see any existing threads. Looks Like an official Trailer finally out.

Probably my favourite king novel and the '79 mini series is a guilty pleasure so it's got a lot to live up to for me Trailer looks decent enough, here's hoping its good!

I gotta be honest I have never watched the original nor read the book. So looking forward to seeing what all hype is about. It's meant to one of Stephen King's best book right?

The window tapping still gives me PTSD...I first watched it when I was 12.

Watched the original and I quite enjoyed it. As mentioned it was showing it time but still worth it if like me, you haven't watched it before. That's when vampires where actually frightening and looked dangerous.

They did a version in 2004 (I think) with Rob Lowe - Kyo and Hudson watched the one with David Soul tho

Is the 2004 version worth a watch?
