Hi All

I wanted some ideas on how to do this.

Let's say we have 4 sales people and they have a total 100 blocks to sell between them , 25 blue , 25 green, 25 black and 25 red.

The problem is that each sales guy doesn't know how many of each colour have been sold.

How could we have some sort of live tracker on which we could keep some basic information on who each block was sold to and also some sort of chart to easily see how many are sold. It would need to be something all 4 people can access at the same time but won't allow conflicts of data.

We do have sharepoint if this is one way of doing it or is there some software that does it.

in the absence of any detail, raw excel on a drive mapping (and all the office suite) have plenty of sharing capability. Even without an sophistication, the data integrity could be managed though design..eg. Each salesperson could own their spreadsheet read/write....and a 5th spreadsheet could aggregate the information read only...
