Hello, been reading this part of the forums for along time but never posted so I thought why not stick some pics on I taken today for a college project.

I know this photo isn't very sharp but its just to help you understand where I was for the shots below.

2nd is really good and so is the last photo, both would make good entries in this months competition *perspective" you should look into entering one.

agreed

Although the last photo has some purple fringing (is that what its called??) on the branches of the tree

although it could be my work monitor!!! or me!! :D

Yeah the second pic is stunning. I really like the way the land moves across the page and then drops into the sea.

I too get the purple fringing on my laptop so either both our screens or our eyes are dodgy, so it must be there.

Yup, it's quite serious chromatic aberration (CA).

I like the last but one. :)

Hey guys thanks for the feedback, I didnt notice the competition but I'm going to enter my second picture. I have read the competition rules and think I've covered them but I cant remember how to get the Exif Properties from photoshop. Once I can get that info I'll enter my photograph.

Thanks // Mark

You've really done the "leading the eye" thing well on the last three shots... I can almost feel myself taking a stroll into the scene.

Like the 2nd shot of the pier through the railings as well. An interesting 'frame' for your shot. Can't wait until my next expedition!
