Now that the NUFC thread has been closed I would like to continue the discussion that was in full swing before the closure.
I'll re-iterate my position that although he is making some strange decisions and the latest string of results haven't gone our way, I believe it's still too early to sack him. We need stability and consistency at the club even if it's consistent defeat; until we can find a way of turning it around. My personal frustration at the moment isn't with Sam but with the players and their apparent lack of commitment. I wouldn't worry too much about losing games if the players actually looked like they were trying.
Link seems to suggest that he is going to stay on for a least a while longer, but with our pending fixtures: Blackburn Away, Arsenal and Birmingham at home and then Fulham, Wigan and Derby we need to see the team getting some results before the new year.
