Samba TV pop ups on Sony Android TV

Hi,

My parents keep on complaining they are receiving a pop up for Samba TV on their Sony Android TV after they installed a update. This appears to be Spyware/adware that has been bundled into the latest version of Android. Does anyone know how you uninstall it? For now I have told them to click I do not accept for the end user agreement.

If you go into settings and apps you can select Samba and decline terms & conditions which effectively uninstalls the app.

I've tried that, I can only see samba service, which I have disabled and set to not be able to do pop ups. Neither have worked.
